Creamy Balsamic Dressing

1 quart sour cream
1 T. minced garlic
1 T. dijon mustard
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
2 T. worcestershire sauce
1 T. salt
1 T. pepper

Blend well. Thin with milk as desired and adjust seasonings to taste. Store tightly covered in the fridge for up to 10 days. Makes about a quart.
